The following are the guidelines for Membership grading in ACCI

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

ELIGIBILITY

Membership in the Association of Christian Chartered Instructors is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a practicing Christian Instructor/educator, engaged to lecture or teach Theological students or people in the field of Christian Educational development.

2. Must a Bible College, Seminary and University Founder, Chancellors, President as well as Lecturers at different levels, Teachers of the words of God, Administrators and Faculty Officers involving in impartation of lives.

3. Holding a valid teaching certification or license from a recognized educational institution will be of advantage

4. Demonstrate a commitment to Christian faith and values.

5. Have a genuine interest in integrating faith into their instructional practices.

6. Adhere to the association’s Code of Ethics and values.

ACCI’S TYPES MEMBERSHIP

ACCI shall have the following types of membership:

Below are the types of Membership and their Minimum academic qualifications:

1. Affiliate Chartered Membership: Opens to qualified Christian instructors actively engaged in the field of education.

To be an affiliate member, a candidate must possess The following qualifications

 First Degree holder in Theological Courses from recognized Secular University, Theological College, Seminary or Christian Theological University. Graduates of Secular Courses with at least Diploma in any field of Theology are also qualified.

 At least 2 years experience as an Instructor of Theological Education at any level in both public and private sector.

 Solid membership of a Christian Religious Organisation.

2. Associate Chartered Membership: Opens to individuals who support the objectives of ACCI but do not meet the eligibility criteria for regular membership.

To be an associate member, a candidate must possess the following qualifications

 Bachelor Degree holder from institutions as listed for Affiliates with minimum of 5 years experience.

 Masters Degree holders with 2 years experience. Valid Church Membership

3. Full Chartered Membership: Available to individuals who meet all the criteria and requirements set by the professional association.

To apply for the category of full Chartered membership, a candidate must possess the following qualifications

 First Degree Holder with 10 years experience.

 Masters Degree holders with 5 years experience

 Doctorate Degree Holders in Theology related Courses with at least 5 years experience as an Instructor.

 Evidence of Valid church membership.

 He must hold a key position in the Church or in any Christian Organization

4. Fellow Chartered Membership: Opens individuals who have achieved a significant level of expertise and experience in their respective fields.

To apply for the category of a fellow Chartered membership, a candidate must possess the following qualifications

 First Degree Holder with 10 years experience.

 Masters Degree holders with 5 years experience

 Doctorate Degree Holders in Theology related Courses with at least 5 years experience as an Instructor.

 Evidence of Valid church membership.

 Verifiable contributions to Theological /Christian Education

 Hold a key position in any Christian Church or Organization.

5. Honorary Chartered Membership: Shall be granted to individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of Christian education but may not be actively engaged in teaching, as determined by the ACCI Board.

 Verifiable contributions to the growth and development of Christian Education and others as may be decided by the Board members

6. Corporate Membership: Opens to organizations like Bible College, Seminary, Theological Schools, Christian Universities

 Verifiable contributions to the growth and development of Christian Education and others as may be decided by the Board members

NOTE: Waivers In all cases, Spiritual leaders with track records of achievements shall be considered and positioned appropriately. Honorary Degrees Honorary Degrees ACCI will not rate any member or applicant on the basis of any

FEES AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS:

Registration Fee: $25.00/ Naira Equivalent

Annual Dues for Each Category of Membership

1. Affiliate Chartered Membership (CCI) = $12.00/ Naira Equivalent

2. Associate Chartered Membership (ACCI) = $15.00 / Naira Equivalent

3. Full Chartered Membership (MCCI) = $20.00 / Naira Equivalent

4. Fellow Chartered Membership (FCCI) = $30.00 / Naira Equivalent

5. Honorary Chartered Membership (HCCI) = $100.00 (Membership Fee) Equivalent Equivalent

6. Corporate Membership (owned by a Member) = $50.00 / Naira

7. Corporate Membership (owned by a Non Member) = $100.00 /Naira

APPLICATION PROCESS:

To become a member, interested individuals must complete the membership application form, which can be obtained from the association’s website/membership registration portal or administrative office.

The application typically requires providing personal information, educational background and teaching experience.

Supporting documents, such as a resume or teaching credentials, may also be required.
